Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label

Instructions for sending the item back

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original, unused condition

Packaging must be intact and the item must be in brand-new condition

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. LoanLocShop.com will not reimburse shipping costs for these returns.
